Sami Saad (44), Founding chairman


Electronics engineer, MPhil in digital method and Master degree, Sami Saad started his career as R&D engineer inside the Pechiney group. Afterward, he exercised various duties in Southeast Asia, inside the power electronic division of the Schneider Electric group. In 1991, Sami Saad joined the company Info Telecom, which he managed from 1995 till 1999 and which during these eight years multiplied by nine its turnover. During this period, Info Telecom realized a large number of innovations in the field of microelectronics such as voice transmission over very low speed radio links or secured transactions over ISM radio links using banking rated encryption algorithms. Over these years, Info Telecom filed over thirty patents. On January 6th, 2000, Sami Saad founded the RSI Company.

Patrick Frimat(42), CEO


Joined RSI VIDEO TECHNOLOGIES® in 2006. He spent 10 years with Axiohm in the US in various positions including Business Development, Sales and General Management. Axiohm was a French manufacturer of thermal printers which during that time grew from $5M in revenue in France to $250M revenue worldwide with operations centered in the US. After a Business Unit Manager assignment with Mail Well (now Cenveo, CVO/NYSE), one of the largest printer and envelop manufacturers in North America he moved back to Europe to take the lead position as MD of the European Branch of SATO, a Japanese, barcode printer manufacturer. Patrick successfully led SATO to an M&A strategy including the acquisition of the barcode business of Checkpoint.

Patrice Colas (42), Sales Director EMEA


Has 15 years of management experience in Telesurveillance in both the residential and small professional markets. After his senior roles with SECOM and HONEYWELL, Patrice joined RSI VIDEO TECHNOLOGIES® in 2002 to lead product development in Europe. With his intricate knowledge of the contemporary issues of the Telesurveillance market he implemented the concept of Video Verification, which dramatically improves the service level of the security industry.

Keith Jentoft (46), President of the US subsidiary since 2005


Presided over RSI VIDEO TECHNOLOGIES® arrival in the U.S. He was born and raised in Minnesota, speaks fluent French and studied in both Switzerland and France. Introduced the US market to “Videofied,” a new concept using revolutionary wireless technology created in Europe to enable cost-effective verified response. With a focus on Marketing and Business Development, over the past twenty years, he has introduced a number of European technologies to the North American market including co-founding Axiohm, a manufacturer of thermal printers which grew to over $100 million over 6 years in the US. Some recent projects include the introduction of ultra-thin acoustic encrypted authentication for IT and telephone network security. Keith has traveled extensively and worked on projects in Europe, Latin America, Africa, the Far East and Australia. Plus holds several patents in thermal printing mechanisms and networked systems.

Dennis Dop (56), Vice President of North American Sales


He has more than two decades of management experience in the electronic security industry, including senior management roles with ITI, InterLogix and GE Security, and is widely regarded as a pioneer in the wireless security market. Manages dealer recruitment and sales development, while advising new product development for RSI VIDEO TECHNOLOGIES®. Dennis approaches his work in the industry from the perspective of the dealer as well as the perspectives of the customer and of law enforcement.
